本厂为中外合股，以中方私营设立创建于2003年，前期设厂广东及山东，以IRON CORE铁粉芯、铁氧体高导环及粉液体涂装加工为主，产品规格全面；为顺应配合客户发展需要,公司于04年中期在长三角地区设立新厂,座落在古色古乡素有东方威尼斯之称的水乡-同里镇,主要产品以磁环产品的后段涂装及磁环对外销售，另结合自行产磁芯及喷涂之优势应客户要求设立线圈及变压器产品代工及成品承制。因应劳动力市场变化，为有充足及较为廉价劳动力，而行在上海、苏北设立加工基地，从事电感线圈变压器代工。目前华东厂的月产能：磁环销售达到3200K，电感线圈达到6KK，变压器达到1000K;长期扎根适应业务发展,在07年6月新厂投入使用,主投入变压器及电感产品；并行在07年10月份时投入高科技新产品—耐大电流贴片磁性器件。为整合资源、降低成本及配套客户需要，本公司在07年8月 在中部江西省 设立分厂，从事铁粉芯及电感产品。卓越源于专业，我司技术人员均扎根磁性材料及器件的研发和生产多年，并集合丰富的理论知识和实际经验，所制作之产品具有良好的品质稳定性及具有竞争力的价格，赢得了业界知名客户的一致好评及大力支持。目前主要产品：
1.为铁氧体磁芯提供粉体、液体、派拉伦(Parylone)涂装(喷漆)加工服务,我厂鉴于有本身制作铁芯的工艺、积累多年经验及技术优势,涂装产品工艺、品质优于同行,针对铁氧体磁芯存在较突出电感降幅大、耐压系数不够、附着力不强,可于较好地解决,以减少客户后顾之优。
2.销售合作之国外性能技术优、高档铁芯SendustCore (COOL UI CORE)(铁硅铝合金磁芯) 、High Flux Core(高通量磁芯或高磁通磁芯) 、MPP Core(镍钼莫磁芯或称铁镍钼磁芯)。
3.销售Iron core(铁粉芯磁环) 、SMD CORE.
